ANYONE UNDER 14 YEARS must be accompanied by an adult and both must have the same concert admission and benefit package ticket category.

Concert Admission ticket must be purchased in order to partake in Benefit Packages. If you do not have a concert ticket, you will not be able to participate in the benefit package on the day of show and will not be able to receive a refund.
Benefit package ticket holders that miss their door times will not be allowed another opportunity of the missed fan engagements with the artist.
