Concert Admission ticket must be purchased in order to partake in VVIP+/VVIP/VIP Benefit Package. If you do not have a concert ticket, you will not be able to participate in the benefit package and cannot get a refund.
VVIP+/VVIP/VIP Benefit Package ticket holders that miss their door times will not be allowed another opportunity of the missed fan engagements with the artist.
