There is a strict limit of 1 Pledge Ticket per city.

What is a Pledge?:

The Pledge System is where a fan shows their full commitment for a group to come to their city by “Pledging”!

Each Pledge is worth $10 USD and, if your city is selected, it will go towards one of your benefit packages! Additionally, you will receive special benefits as an early supporter!

ONE PLEDGE PER CITY PER ACCOUNT!

You are able to pledge for more than one city, but you CANNOT pledge more than once for the same city.

You have to have a kpoptickets.com account to make a pledge and receive the benefits. You CANNOT pledge for someone else or transfer your pledge to another person.

HOW DO ROUNDS WORK?:

There will be rounds during the “Pledge System” to decide the cities GHOST9 will go to!

In Round 1, the bottom cities from each region with the least pledges will be eliminated and the remaining cities will go on to the second round of pledging.

After the second and final round of pledging, we will eliminate the last bottom cities from each region and the top cities that remains will be apart of GHOST9’s world tour!

If the city you pledge gets selected, the $10USD is NON-REFUNDABLE and will go towards your benefit package.

If your city was ELIMINATED in Round 1 or Round 2, you can either request a refund OR hold on to your pledge until the end of pledging and switch with a city you are able to attend to still get the benefits.

Refund CANNOT be requested for Round 1 until the round is COMPLETE.

If your city doesn’t get selected by the end of the final round, you will have the option to switch your pledge to one of the winning cities you can attend. We will set a deadline for fans to request this switch. Once this deadline ends, all pledges still in a losing city will be automatically refunded. 

If you would like to request a refund before the switch deadline ends, please email us at info@kpopshowkase.com. Once you request a refund, the pledge city cannot be switched.

Anyone with orders that exceed the strict limit of 1 Pledge ticket per city will NOT be able to redeem their benefits on the day of show AND you will also be ineligible to receive a refund for those tickets.
