• ONCAST – TEEN TOP 10 LIVE is where fans can watch the recorded version of TEEN TOP 10 LIVE on Saturday, August 8, 2020 at 5PM EDT /11PM CET with English and Spanish subtitles.

Why are you hosting ONCAST – TEEN TOP Online Fanmeet?

• We are hosting the streaming of TEEN TOP 10 LIVE because the live streaming is not available in real time for America and Europe. We want to give an opportunity for Angels in this region to watch with English and Spanish subtitles at the time frame easier to watch.

I am not located in the USA or Europe. Can I join the ONCAST – TEEN TOP 10 LIVE?

• Yes. The streaming event is online and available all over the world as long as you have stable internet service.

Where can I access the event?

• The streaming will be available on our ONCAST page at Kpoptickets.com.

How can I watch the stream?

1. Go to Kpoptickets.com and the KPOPLIVE.TV button at the top menu
2. Select the event you want to watch.
3. Once you click on the button to live stream it will open a new window where you must register an account. This account will allow you to have access for the VOD once it is released for up to 3 months. Make sure to keep the credentials to watch the VOD later. We recommend to use the same email as your kpoptickets.com if you have any inquiries in the future.

Can I watch on my phone?

• Yes, you may view the stream on your mobile devices but it is highly recommended to be watched on a computer/laptop with a stable internet connection wired or wireless for best performance.

Where do I buy tickets?

• Tickets can be purchased directly from the website, Kpoptickets.com on Thursday, JULY 30, 10AM EDT/4PM CET

How can I buy tickets for more than one person?

• You can purchase multiple ONCAST Online Tickets by adding more to your cart or increasing the number of tickets. You will receive the number of Access Codes as you bought to watch the live from multiple sources!

Where are my tickets?

• There are no physical tickets. You will receive an order confirmation by email and later Access Code will be sent out via E-Mail by a separate email. Make sure to check all your different email folders and locate the email containing a unique code.

What if I lost my Access Code?

• Access Code is not redeemable or reusable once generated. You must keep it safe to log onto for streaming. If you cannot find it, you need to buy it again.

Can I share my access code?

• No, only one viewer will be able to be logged in to view the stream at one time. Trying to login / reuse the access code will NOT work. Please be careful not to share your Access Code. Once it is used to log in, you will not be able to log in with the same Access Code.

Why should I buy now?

• Tickets will only be available until the day of the stream! The VOD will not be sold separately, so you do not want to miss this chance. If you are not available to join in on the stream event, you should still buy now and then you’ll be able to watch again and again once the VOD is released up to 3 months!

What is the VOD and how can I watch it?

• The VOD is a direct replay of the live concert with English and Spanish subtitles and will be available in about 1~2 weeks after the show ends. There may be some editing due to production and copyright. It will then be available for a 3-month duration for all customers.

1. I don't see the captions, what do I do?

  • Refresh the page! Sometimes the caption button will need the player to reload (especially if you were there early)
  • The English and Spanish subtitles will not be available during the TEEN TOP 10 LIVE ONCAST RECORDED VERSION. It is available on VOD.

2. The video is bad quality when I opened it?

  • Please give the video some time to adjust to your network strength - or you can open the quality selector on the bottom left and wait for it to adjust.

3. My video and/or captions are lagging/off-time?

  • For the VOD, if this is happening then that means your device or network cannot keep up. Please lower the quality of the video and/or try to find a stronger network connection. Wait a minute and refresh afterward to give it some time (do not spam this)  

4. I was asked to enter my access code a second time?

  • If you have ALREADY registered and successfully put in your access code before, then just close the prompt asking for an additional access code. Then your video should continue to play.

5. I forgot my email or password?

  • Email tickets@studiopav.com for assistance! We will be able to reset your email or password.

Make sure that you are NOT sharing your account and have a good, strong internet connection. Fullscreen Mode may lower quality due to the increase of scale to the video player.
