Let's Dream Together Giveaway Terms and Conditions

By entering the Let's Dream Together Giveaway (the "Giveaway"), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. The Giveaway is organized and operated by Studio PAV ("Organizer"). 

 

  1. Eligibility to Enter

1.1 Geographical Eligibility: The Giveaway is open to individuals worldwide, including North America, Latin America (LATAM), Europe (EU), and Asia-Pacific (APAC). 
1.2 KpopTickets.com Account Required: Participants must have a valid KpopTickets.com account to enter. If you do not have an account, you can create one for free at www.KpopTickets.com. 
1.3 Entry Limitations: Participants may enter only once per platform (TikTok, Instagram, or X) per region (North America, Europe, Latin America, Asia Pacific). Multiple entries for the same region on the same platform are not permitted. 
1.4 Exclusions: Employees, affiliates, and family members of Studio PAV, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, or those living in the same household, are not eligible to enter. 

 

  1. Giveaway Period

2.1 Start Date: The Giveaway opens at 12:00 AM EST (UTC -5) on January 7, 2025. 
2.2 End Date: The Giveaway closes at 11:59 PM EST (UTC -5) on January 16, 2025. 

 

  1. How to Enter

To enter the Giveaway, participants must complete all of the following steps on at least one eligible platform (TikTok, Instagram, or X) during the Giveaway Period: 

3.1 Follow the Accounts: 

  • North America: Follow @studio_pav on TikTok, Instagram, or X. 
  • Europe: Follow @studio_pav and @studiopaveurope on TikTok, Instagram, or X. 
  • Latin America: Follow @studio_pav and @studiopav_latam on TikTok, Instagram, or X. 
  • Asia Pacific: Follow @studio_pav and @studiopav_apac on Instagram or X (Note: No TikTok account for Asia Pacific). 

3.2 Tag a Friend: Tag a friend in the comments section of the Giveaway post on the respective platform. 
3.3 Share Your Favorite Concert Experience: In the same comment, share your favorite concert experience and explain why it was special to you. 
3.4 Submit the Entry Form: Confirm your entry by submitting the entry form on KpopTickets.com. 

Note: You must have a valid KpopTickets.com account to be eligible for the Giveaway. 

 

  1. Entry Restrictions

4.1 One Entry Per Platform Per Region: Only one entry per person is allowed per platform (TikTok, Instagram, or X) per region (North America, Europe, Latin America, Asia Pacific). 
4.2 No Multiple Entries for the Same Region on the Same Platform: Participants may not submit multiple entries for the same region on the same platform. 
4.3 Incomplete or Incorrect Entries: Entries that are incomplete, incorrect, or submitted after the Giveaway period has ended will be disqualified. 
4.4 Disqualification: Studio PAV reserves the right to disqualify any entries that are fraudulent, violate these Terms, or use multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage. 

 

  1. Bonus Entries

5.1 Bonus Entry Opportunities: Studio PAV may offer additional bonus entry opportunities, announced via official channels (Instagram, TikTok, X, email, or KpopTickets.com). 
5.2 Eligibility for Bonus Entries: Participants who have already entered will be eligible for bonus entry opportunities. 
5.3 Bonus Entries Are Optional: Participating in bonus entry opportunities increases your chances of winning but does not guarantee a prize. 

 

  1. Winner Selection and Notification

6.1 Random Selection: Winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries that meet eligibility requirements within 3 business days after the Giveaway period. 
6.2 Winner Selection by Region and Platform: At least one winner will be selected per platform (TikTok, Instagram, or X) for each region. 
6.3 Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via email. If a winner cannot be reached within 3 business days, an alternate winner may be selected. 
6.4 Claiming the Prize: Winners must claim their prize by responding to an email from Studio PAV. It is the participant's responsibility to ensure their KpopTickets.com email is valid and regularly checked. 
6.5 Official Winner: A Potential Winner who successfully claims their prize will be considered the "Winner." 

 

  1. Prize

7.1 Prize Details: Each winner will receive a $100 KpopTickets.com credit. 
7.2 Prize Non-transferability: The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items of value. 
7.3 Winner Responsibility: Winners are responsible for any taxes, costs, and incidental expenses not specifically included with the prize. 

 

  1. Privacy

8.1 Personal Data: By entering, participants agree to the use of their name, likeness, and any content submitted in promotional materials related to the Giveaway, unless prohibited by law. 
8.2 Data Handling: Personal data will be handled in accordance with Studio PAV's privacy policy. Data will not be shared with third parties unless required for prize fulfillment. 

 

  1. Publicity

9.1 Promotional Use: By participating in the Giveaway and accepting a prize, you grant Studio PAV permission to use your name, image, voice, biographical information, and statements for commercial, advertising, and publicity purposes without further compensation (except where prohibited by law). 

 

  1. General Conditions

10.1 No Affiliation with Platforms: This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, X, or TikTok. Participants release these platforms from any and all liability related to the Giveaway. 
10.2 Right to Modify or Suspend: Studio PAV reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time without prior notice. 
10.3 Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in New Jersey courts. 

 

  1. Limitation of Liability

11.1 Technical Errors: Studio PAV is not responsible for technical issues, lost entries, or platform malfunctions. 
11.2 Release of Liability: By entering, participants agree to release Studio PAV from any claims arising from participation in the Giveaway or the use of the prize. 
11.3 Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. 
11.4 Final Decisions: Studio PAV’s decisions are final and binding. 
11.5 Failure to Notify: Studio PAV is not responsible for failure to notify potential winners due to technical issues or other reasons. 
11.6 No Winner Selection: Studio PAV reserves the right to select no winner if insufficient entries are received. 
11.7 Indemnity: Participants agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Studio PAV from all claims arising from their participation in the Giveaway.
