1. WHAT ARE VVIP, VIP, GENERAL TICKETS, ETC.?
They are different types of ticket tiers, which vary in price, benefit, and available quantity. Tickets tiers vary per event.
2. WHAT IS CONSIDERED A TOP TIER TICKET?
A Top Tier Ticket is the highest tiered ticket for the event. There is only ONE Top Tier Ticket per tour. Our highest Ticket Tier is either a VVIP Ticket or VIP Ticket, depending on the event.
3. WHERE CAN I BUY A TOP TIER TICKET?
Top Tier Tickets are sold EXCLUSIVELY on our ticketing website KPOPTICKETS.COM unless stated otherwise.
4. HOW DO I GET MY TICKET?
There are NO physical tickets to be mailed out. After you purchase your ticket you will receive an order confirmation email, as well as a separate email that contains your online ticket. You will show your ticket during Check-In (Online Ticket, Apple Wallet or PDF form) to be scanned.
5. I CAN'T FIND MY ONLINE TICKET EMAIL, WHAT DO I DO?
Try checking your spam/promotion/junk folder for an email from TICKETS@EVEYEVENTS.COM.
If you are unable to locate the email, please contact TICKETS@STUDIOPAV.COM with the email address your kpoptickets.com account is registered under and include your full name and order number in the email. You can locate the order number by signing into your kpoptickets account under MY ORDERS.
6. WHAT BENEFITS DO YOU OFFER?
Ticket Tier benefits vary depending on each tour. Make sure to read the ticket description before purchasing! Possible benefits that could be included with your ticket are Fansign, Hi Touch, Group Photo, Concert Badge & Lanyard, Album, Postcard, first to enter the venue, NO LINE Rule and more!!
7. CAN I CANCEL MY TICKET?
Cancellation for an existing order on kpoptickets.com can ONLY be processed within 24 HOURS of when the order was initially placed. Within this grace period, please contact TICKETS@STUDIOPAV.COM with the email connected to your kpoptickets account that you placed the order with.
8. CAN I GET A REFUND ON MY TICKET?
All sales on kpoptickets.com are final unless the event has been canceled or you contacted us within the 24 hour grace period for cancellation. After the grace period has passed, the order cannot be canceled.
9. CAN I CHANGE THE NAME ON THE TICKET?
To change the name on the ticket:
In order to verify that you're the original purchaser, contact TICKETS@STUDIOPAV.COM with the email connected to your Kpoptickets account. Please include your order number, the current name the ticket is under and the NEW NAME you would like the name on the ticket to be updated to.
Once you receive an email from us confirming the name change, you can refresh your online ticket to see the updated name on the ticket. We recommend downloading the updated Apple Wallet and PDF tickets.
You can only request to change a name ONCE per ticket. No exceptions.
During Check In, a staff member will simply scan the barcode on your ticket. Changing pick up name is more of an extra precautionary thing. We highly recommend it specifically for SNAPSHOT tickets.
10. WHAT IS A VALID TICKET?
A valid ticket is a ticket with a barcode that, when scanned by a staff member, shows that it has not been checked in already AND is the correct ticket for the event and city.
12. WHERE CAN I FIND MY APPLE WALLET AND PDF VERSION OF MY TICKET?
In your online ticket email, click your ticket link. A new page will open up with your online ticket. The Apple Wallet and PDF forms of your ticket will be under the ticket's barcode.
13. Are ticket re-sellable?
No. Studio PAV does not condone reselling. If in the situation the event gets canceled or rescheduled, ONLY the original purchaser who's Kpoptickets account was used to purchase will be refunded/contacted.
In addition, all communication with ticket holders is sent to the email address that was entered when the ticket was purchased.
If we see or find out that you are trying to sell your ticket - we will make note of it internally and you will not be allowed to update the name or email address on your ticket.
14. CAN I BUY TICKETS FOR MY FRIEND OR LET THEM USE MY ACCOUNT?
We always recommend using your own account to buy tickets so that you can reap any benefits for future tours, like getting EARLY ACCESS.
However, it does not matter what account is used to buy tickets. This goes for both concert tickets and snapshot tickets.
If you chose o do this you are solely responsible for making sure your friend has everything they need in order to attend the concert. In addition, we ONLY communicate with the kpoptickets account / email address used to buy the tickets.
15. CAN I UPGRADE MY TICKET?
No, we do not have the option to upgrade or pay the difference to have a higher tier ticket. But we do allow exchanges between tier.
If you would like to exchange your ticket to a higher ticket tier please follow these steps:
- Purchase the HIGHER TICKET TIER for the city you would like
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number of your NEW ticket and your old ticket
- We will fully refund your old ticket order once we confirm you have bought the new higher ticket tier.
PLEASE NOTE this only works if you purchased both tickets from KPOPTICKETS.COM. If you purchased a GA or VIP from a third party site, you will have to contact the VENUE or website you purchased the ticket from for a refund. We would advise checking the VENUE’s site to see if they allow refunds before making the higher ticket tier purchase as there is chance all sales are on final on their website and they will not let you refund your lower tier ticket. If the higher ticket tier is already sold out then you CANNOT exchange.
1. WHAT IS EARLY ACCESS?
EARLY ACCESS is a privilege for existing fans who have previously bought the highest ticket tier to any of our previous tours. You also cannot sign up to be an EARLY ACCESS Member. These fans are granted access to purchase our highest ticket tier first - before we even open them to the general public to purchase. Once you purchase a Top Tier Ticket, you will be an EARLY ACCESS member for all tours after that.
There is no expiration date on this membership. Please keep in mind during EARLY ACCESS sale ONLY 2 per city per transaction is available. During General Sale it is 4 per city per transaction.
EARLY ACCESS is only eligible for the Kpoptickets account that has bought top tier tickets before. Using someone else's Kpoptickets account to buy top tier tickets will not allow for your Kpoptickets account to be eligible. We recommend to ALWAYS use your own account so you can have this privilege and avoid any potential problems.
2. CAN I BUY AN EXISTING TOP TIER TICKET TO BECOME AN EARLY ACCESS MEMBER FOR THE UPCOMING EARLY ACCESS SALE?
If you are interested in buying an EARLY ACCESS Ticket for an upcoming concert, you may purchase a Top Tier Ticket for a concert we already have on sale. HOWEVER - you are ineligible for a refund on the ticket you bought IN ORDER to become an EARLY ACCESS Member.
For Example: You buy a VVIP Ticket for the DKB concert and become an EARLY ACCESS Member to be able to buy tickets for GOLDEN CHILD when EARLY ACCESS opens. If you successfully buy a VVIP Ticket for GOLDEN CHILD during EARLY ACCESS - you are INELLIGABLE FOR A REFUND. This would be taking advantage of the benefits we provide to our fans and is not allowed. Getting a refund would also cause you to lose your EARLY ACCESS benefits and we would also refund your existing ticket you just bought during EARLY ACCESS which means you would have to buy tickets again when they open up during General Sales for everyone.
Example #2: If your first purchase on your kpoptickets.com account is a top tier ticket, and then you request a refund for that ticket - your EARLY ACCESS benefits would be revoked.
3. HOW DO I ACCESS TICKETS FOR EARLY ACCESS?
In order to access tickets when they go on sale for EARLY ACCESS members, simply go to kpoptickets.com and LOG IN to your account. The tickets will be visible to everyone but ONLY EARLY ACCESS Members can buy them, so you have to make sure you ae logged in.
THERE IS NO LINK OR CODE TO BUY TICKETS DURING EARLY ACCESS.
QUEUE NUMBERS / NO LINE RULE
1. HOW DO I GET MY QUEUE NUMBER?
Queue number for Top Tier tickets are available the moment you purchase a ticket during check out.
Queue number can be found :
Online Ticket email, under the Barcode of your online ticket it will state: Ticket number. On your Apple Wallet it will be under ID and on your ticket pdf under the barcode.
2. WHAT ARE QUEUE NUMBERS?
Queue Numbers are determined by when you bought your Top Tier Ticket. The earlier you buy your Ticket, the better your queue number will be, and the closer to the stage you'll be as well.
Queue numbers is a benefit for Top Tier tickets as it's used for our No Line Rule.
3. WHAT IS THE NO LINE RULE?
Our NO LINE RULE prevents any overnight lines from happening because Top Tier Ticket Holders enter the venue according to their Queue Number. It is NOT a first come first serve basis. This rule applies for all shows and all Top Tier Ticket Holders unless stated otherwise.
If the venue is SEATED - and there ARE FAN ENGAGEMENTS before the concert - then Top Tier Ticket Holders will enter the venue and fill in the rows of Top Tier Seating Section until they are full from front to back. For example, Queue #1 will be in the front row and all the way to the left/right side of the row (however fans walk into the venue). Then #2 will sit in the seat next to #1 and continue to fill the row until there are no seats left. Then we will do the same thing with row #2 and row #3 until all Top Tier Ticket Holders are seated.
If the venue is SEATED - and there IS NOT A FANSIGN BENEFIT (or other Fan Engagement) before the concert - then Top Tier Ticket Holders will enter the venue and pick where they would like to sit.
After the fan engagements are over VVIP Ticket Holders will be allowed to pick their seat /choose where they want to stand going in Queue Number Order. That means once #1 picks their seat/spot then #2 will go, then # 3, etc. The once all VVIP are done VIP will go through the same process. The first VIP who entered will pick their seat / spot, then the second person, then the 3rd, etc.
How fan engagements are run and this information is SUBJECT TO CHANGE at any time depending on the venue rules and set up - fan engagements may run in the LOBBY of the venue instead. Which means the line to run the fan engagements might become a long snake-line instead.
CONCERT AND TOUR INFORMATION
1. HOW DO I FIND OUT INFORMATION ABOUT THE EVENT?
We announce and post EVERYTHING you need to know about our upcoming shows so following us on social media is a MUST!
We do not use email as much or often because sometimes people do not receive our emails. When we DO send out an email to all fans, we also make that announcement on social media "to check your email". This way prevents any issues with fans claiming that they have not been notified of anything.
We are not to blame if you miss any information about the show because of your failure to check our social media.
2. WHY ARE THE FACEBOOK EVENT PAGES IMPORTANT?
Following your city's Facebook Event Page is vital for the show! This is where we post important information specific to your city. Who knows, maybe you will find your future K-Pop buddy through the event page as well.
3. WHERE CAN I FIND THE CONCERT DAY SCHEDULE?
The Concert Day Schedules for each city will be posted a couple weeks before the start of our tour on all our social media platforms and Facebook Event Pages.
4. HOW DO THE LINES WORK?
The highest Tier Ticket Holders line up according to queue numbers. If you don't know your queue number please check the FAQ question above: HOW DO I GET MY QUEUE NUMBER for assistance how to locate your queue number.
All other Ticket Tiers line up FIRST-COME-FIRST-SERVE.
VVIP, VIP and GA will all have their own separate lines for entry. VVIP enters, then VIP, then GA in that order.
There will be volunteers stations outside the venue to help indicate where each ticket tier line begins. If you cannot find a volunteer or staff around to help you, feel free to ask the fans around you!
5. WHAT DO I DO WHEN I GET TO THE VENUE?
Top Tier Ticket Holders (The Highest Tier for that event) should arrive at the venue during check in time that is indicated on the Fan Schedule for their city. General Ticket Holders can arrive at the venue closer to when doors open for the event.
All ticket holders must present their ticket during Check In in order to receive their credentials (if any) and to attend the show.
6. HOW DO I PICK UP MY PRE-ORDERED MERCHANDISE OR SNAPSHOT TICKETS?
Pre-Ordered Merchandise & Snapshot Tickets can be picked-up anytime after Check-In starts. So anytime during Check-In, the concert and after the concert, unless stated otherwise. You will need your Confirmation Email that contains your order number so we can check your order. Then a volunteer will bring your order to you.
7. WHEN ARE THE FAN ENGAGEMENTS OR MEET & GREETS?
All our Fan Engagements can vary depending on the tour and artist. Typically our Fansign, Hi Touch and Group Photo Benefits all happen BEFORE the concert.
Snapshot Session will happen AFTER the concert.
All Fan Schedules for each city stop on the tour is released on all our social media platforms about 1 week before the tour begins. This schedule will outline when everything regarding the event will happen so fans know what is going on and when.
You are responsible for arriving on time for fan engagements. We are not to blame If you do not see he fan schedule and you miss your fan engagements. If his happens, you are also not eligible for a refund.
8. WHAT IS A FANSIGN?
The Fansign is when fans get to talk one-on-one with the members while they sign your items. The members will be signing an Album or Postcard provided to you by Studio PAV as it is included with your Ticket. The Fansign DOES NOT include any chairs. Fans will walk down the table and talk to each member while they sign your items.
If we are providing a Free Poster with your ticket, you have the option to bring an album of the artist if you like - unless stated otherwise. If you choose to bring your own album to have signed then you cannot have the Poster we provide signed as well. You can only have one item signed. But you will still receive the poster!
If you chose to bring an album, the artist will only be signing the FRONT OF THE ALBUMS. They will not be signing any pages.
9. CAN I BRING A GIFT FOR THE ARTIST?
Gifts will only be accepted during the Fansign. The artists will only accept small letters or items due to their busy schedules and traveling. If you bring a large gift for them, they simply cannot travel with it as we have limited space.
10. WHAT IS A HI TOUCH AND GROUP PHOTO?
Hi Touch is when you high five each member. The group photo is when you and a group of fans take a picture with the artist group.
11. HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE IN THE GROUP PHOTO?
The amount in a group photo vary for each tour. There are typically 10-12 fans per photo.
The Group Photo IS NOT an individual picture with the artist group.

12. WHERE CAN I FIND MY GROUP PHOTO?
All Groups Photos for our events can be found at KPOPLIVE.TV
Simply click the GALLERY Tab and select GROUP PHOTOS.
All group photos for our tours will be posted on the same page about 2 WEEKS AFTER THE COMPLETION OF THE ENTIRE TOUR. Once Group Photos are available to view, we will make an announcement on all our social media platforms. We take two group photos, however only one of them is posted. If there is an issue with your group photo (you are blinking or not looking at the camera) please contact email@example.com.
PICK-A-POSE SNAPSHOT SESSION
1. WHAT IS THE PICK-A-POSE SNAPSHOT SESSION?
Our fan favorite signature Snapshot Session is exclusively offered by Studio PAV! Our Pick-A-Pose Snapshot Session is where ANY Ticket Holder can take a 1 on 1 instant picture with the individual members of the group.
Pick-A-Pose Snapshot Session is not available for all tours. It will be indicated in the original Tour Announcement or on our Facebook Event Pages for the show if it is available.
2. IS THE PICTURE WITH THE ACTUAL IDOL?
Yes, the instant photo taken during the Snapshot Session is with the real life idol!
3. WHERE CAN I BUY SNAPSHOT TICKETS?
Snapshot tickets are sold EXCLUSIVELY at kpoptickets.com.
We recommend you take advantage of our ONLINE ONLY Snapshot Bundle if it is available - it is cheaper than buying one ticket per member. This option is not offered at the venue.
4. CAN I BUY SNAPSHOT TICKETS ON MY ACCOUNT IF SOMEONE ELSE BOUGHT THE CONCERT TICKETS FOR ME?
It doesn't matter what account is used to buy the snapshot tickets as long as the person who will be using the Snapshot Tickets has a concert ticket to enter the venue.
5. DOES IT MATTER WHAT NAME OR EMAIL I HAVE ON MY SNAPSHOT TICKETS
No it doesn't matter - as long as the name and email match the name and email of the person who will be picking up the tickets. Once they pick up the tickets they may do whatever they like with them, like distribute them to their friends.
6. HOW DO I PICK THE POSE I WANT?
You pick the pose you want to do with the idol AT THE VENUE on the day of the show. You DO NOT pick the pose when you buy the ticket.
7. CAN I BUY SNAPSHOT TICKETS AT THE VENUE?
Yes, a limited amount of Snapshot Tickets will be sold at the venue AFTER the show if they did not sell out online.
8. HOW IS THE INSTANT PHOTO TAKEN?
The pictures are taken by our staff with a FujiFilm Instax Mini Camera!
9. CAN I BRING MY CAMERA?
DSLRs, Point and Shoot, Polaroid, and any professional cameras with detachable lenses and camcorders are prohibited into the venue. If you are unsure whether to bring your camera or not, we say play it safe and leave it at home or ask the venue.
10. CAN I TAKE THE PICTURE ON MY CELL PHONE INSTEAD?
No, the pictures are only taken by our staff and volunteers with a FujiFilm Instax Mini Camera!
Filming and photography is strictly prohibited during the Snapshot Session.
11. CAN I DO WHATEVER POSE I WANT FOR THE PICTURE?
When Snapshot Tickets go on sale, we release the poses for each idol!
You may only choose from the poses we offer. You can not make up your own or ask to do something different. You also can not ask for a picture of the artist by themselves. You have to be in the picture with them.
12. AM I ALLOWED TO HUG THE ARTISTS?
No, there is absolutely NO HUGGING or inappropriate contact with the artist. Please be considerate to the artist in these situations.
13. HOW DO I GET MY PRE-ORDERED SNAPSHOT TICKETS?
After you purchase your snapshot tickets, you will receive a confirmation email containing an order number. There are no physical tickets to be mailed out.
Please present during Check In a valid Snapshot ticket and one form of proof from our COVID Policy found HERE in order to attend the show and the Snapshot event afterwards.
You will pick up your Snapshot Tickets during Check-In as volunteers will be going down the lines to hand them out. If you DO NOT get them during Check-In, you can still pick them up before the Snapshot Session begins.
14. WHEN IS THE SNAPSHOT SESSION?
The Snapshot Session is held AFTER the concert.
15. HOW DOES THE PICK-A-POSE SNAPSHOT SESSION WORK?
After the show, an announcement will be made regarding the Snapshot Session. Everyone will line up behind the Volunteer and wait in a member's line for the Snapshot Session to begin. Please see the following rules for all Snapshot Sessions:
- While waiting to take your picture with the member, check our SNS pages (@studio_pav) to see all the poses for each member. All Volunteers will have the poses on a lanyard around their neck but we recommend knowing which pose you want to do before hand to not delay the process.
- If you have multiple tickets for one member, you will take all the pictures at once when it's your turn
- When you reach the photographer, tell them your pose(s).
- The photographer will tell the idol what pose(s) you chose
- After your photo is taken, the photographer will hand you your photo.
- DO NOT TOUCH HUG OR TOUCH THE ARTIST.
- DO NOT TOUCH the surface while it's developing, it may cause damage.
- If you have more tickets for other members, head to the back of their line and repeat the process until you have no more tickets left.
16. MY PICTURE CAME OUT REALLY BAD, CAN I GET A RETAKE?
If your instant photo came out too dark or blurry you may ask the photographer who took the picture if you can get a retake. If they cannot decide, then find a Staff Member to ask.
If they deem it problematic, you will exchange your current instant photo as your snapshot ticket to take a new picture.
Please keep in mind once you leave the venue, you cannot request to retake the photo. This goes for trying to retake the photo at another tour stop if you're attending multiple.
