CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation for an existing order on Kpoptickets.com can only be processed within 24 HOURS from when the order was initially placed. Within this grace period, please contact TICKETS@STUDIOPAV.COM with the email connected to your Kpoptickets account that you placed the order with, in order to verify that you're the original purchaser. 

Failure to contact TICKETS@STUDIOPAV.COM within 24 hours of placing the order will make you ineligible for cancellation. If the order has successfully been canceled, please wait 5-7 business days for the amount to be credited back to you and to appear in your statement.

Please keep in mind that if you purchased your tickets from a third party, the this policy does not apply to you. Possible third party websites could be AXS, Ticket master, Live Nation, or another site the Venue is using to sell tickets.

REFUNDS

All sales on Kpoptickets.com are final unless the event has been canceled or you contacted us within the 24 hour grace period for cancellation, no exceptions. After the grace period has passed, the order cannot be canceled (Refunds or any sort of compensation are NOT available after the grace period)

Refunds are automatically issued to the original payment method used to make the purchase. We can not change the form of payment. 

Any comp tickets, refunds, special perks, etc will go directly and is acknowledged to the original ticket purchaser for said order. Studio PAV highly recommend using your own Kpoptickets.com account for any purchases and does not encourage or is liable for third party/reselling.

In the scenario where a whole tour needs to be canceled, we will be transparent in communicating all information and will provide directions for the refund process to ticket holders. Please refrain from contacting us, as our team will insure each ticket holder has been contacted to process refunds systematically. If you don't hear from us within 5 business days of event cancellation, please contact our customer support as your email may be rejecting our emails. As a reminder, all information will be posted through our social media.

Any missed information regarding refund window, deadlines, etc does not allow to bypass our policy. It is the fans responsibility to stay on topped of our SNS communication as we have multiple notifications are put in place, through our website, tickets (online ticket, pdf, apple wallet) etc to follow our social media to always be informed of any announcement regarding the tour.

The ONLY time refunds are NOT ALLOWED even within our 24 hours grace period is if you take advantage of our grace period. Purchasing a Top Tier Ticket to an existing concert in order to take advantage or receive Early Access status to qualify for an upcoming's tour EARLY ACCESS sale IS NOT ALLOWED. Any individual who request a cancellation within our grace period which deemed them Early Access status, their status will be removed unless they had Early Access status from a previous event they attended. More information can be found in our FAQ under EARLY ACCESS and Question #2.

Entry requirements are made aware to the attendees in ample amount via notifications during and after ticket purchase. As each event stop varies in COVID safety, all information for said stop can be found on the ticket page for that city. If said stop requires Proof of Vaccination - Entry requirements are found HERE. Any attendees that fail to comply to our entry rules will be denied entry without refund.

If wearing mask for entirety of show is put in place for said event and fans refuses after being notified by staff to put their masks back on when inside the venue or participating in pre/post fan engagements, we reserve the right to remove fans from the event for breaking our communicated guidelines and no refunds will be available

Check-In time for ticket holders are communicated thoroughly and we are under obligation to strictly enforce time schedules. Show day schedule is provided through our social media platforms notifying fans when they should start arriving to get Checked In. Any ticket holders that miss fan engagements due to arriving late and missing Check-In will not be eligible for refund as Check-In time window, especially for Top Tier Check-In, gives fans ample time. As notified within the ticket description before check out: Follow our social media platforms in order to stayed updated about the show and tour. ALL information will be posted across our social media pages such as concert day schedules and immediate updates. If you do not follow us on social media, you will not be up to date on any information we release about the tour.

Inquiries to TICKETS@STUDIOPAV.COM regarding ticket cancellation/refunds for canceled events should only be for purchases made through Kpoptickets.com.

If you purchased tickets through external vendor ticket platforms, please contact the ticketing platform's customer support where you purchased your ticket from for any direct questions regarding your order.

Tickets purchased through Kpoptickets.com each contain a unique barcode. It’s fans responsibility to keep their ticket barcode private to prevent ticket information being leaked as duplicate tickets will be turned away during Check-In process. If individual is turned away due to duplicate ticket, refunds are NOT available. We do not re-send tickets unless original purchaser contact us to do so. When ticket are re-sent, tickets are resent to the original email that said purchaser inputted during check out.

If original purchaser decides to give their ticket away or change the name on the ticket, refunds are not available if said person using the ticket misses the show, fan engagements, etc as all information can be found on our social media and the ticket purchaser is responsible of sending all information/ticket information to the person that is now using said ticket.

[ONCAST / UNTACT EVENTS]

We are not responsible, and no refunds will take place if the purchaser does not tune into the show or missed a partial amount. If you experience technical difficulties, customer service assistance is available before, during and after the show via email : TICKETS@STUDIOPAV.COM or Facebook messages. We cannot assist you with any issues regarding the event, including technical difficulties, if you contact us after the event is over.

Purchasers are responsible to check the date and time of the Event. We recommend using Google to check the time conversion for your country if you live international.

[FAN ENGAGEMENTS / SNAPSHOTS]

During Snapshot session, it's fan responsibility to look over their snapshot pictures before leaving the venue. If pictures are blurry, too dark, etc - retakes are available if notified to a staff member. After a Studio PAV Staff member verifies that the Snapshot picture is deem-able for retake, the staff will keep the original snapshot pictures. If fan leaves the venue and then notices the picture came out blurry, too dark, etc. refunds are not available / re-takes are not available as fans should have brought it to a staff member's attention.

During Pre-concert fan engagements and Snapshot session, NO recording / taking pictures is allowed or any physical contact with the artist outside from partaking in the fan engagement. We reserve the right to remove fans from the event if they break our policy and no refunds will be available as fans agree to our Terms and Condition during check out. Notification are also put in place on ticket page before check out, attendee ticket (online ticket, pdf, apple wallet) too look over our FAQ, Terms and conditions in order for them to be aware of our policy.

 

CAUGHT BRINGING A CAMERA INTO THE VENUE

We do not allow any kind of cameras into our concerts. Only cell phones. This means DLSRs, Point and Shoot, Polaroid, Disposable and any kind of professional cameras with detachable lenses and camcorders are not allowed.

IF YOU TRY TO BRING ANY OF THES ITEMS INTO THE VENUE AGAINST OUR POLICY, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO:
1. Take away your camera
2. Dismiss you from the concert
3. Delete any and all images or videos taken with your camera from your SD card

For your first offense, if you get caught by security or staff trying to enter the venue with a camera, we will ask you to put it away, whether in your car or home, and you can return and we will allow you into the concert.


If you are caught a SECOND TIME trying to trying to bring in a camera to the same venue OR ANOTHER VENUE IN ANOTHER CITY of the tour, your entry will be denied into the concert. We also reserve the right to canceled and refund your tickets at any time.

 

EXCHANGES

Exchanges can take place if attendee wishes to exchange their purchased ticket to the highest tier (Top Tier) for said event. Top Tier differs per event, information regarding ticket tiers for respective event can be located within the event's promotional poster.

Please keep in mind that if you purchased your tickets from a third party, then this policy does not apply to you. Possible third party websites could be AXS, Ticket master, Live Nation, or another site the Venue is using to sell tickets.

 [EXCHANGE PROCESS]

Please contact TICKETS@STUDIOPAV.COM with the email connected to your Kpoptickets account that you placed the order with, in order to verify that you're the original purchaser and provide the order number you would like to exchange.

After verification has taken place and exchange request has been approved, our customer support team would THEN communicate that you may purchase the Top Tier ticket you would like to exchange your original ticket for.

Once we have verified the order has taken place, your lower tier ticket would then be refunded. Please wait 5-7 business for the amount to be credited back to you and to appear in your statement.

Exchange request are DENIED if the purchase of Top Tier ticket was made before our customer support approval. If Top Tier tickets are sold out, exchanges can not take place.

Please keep in mind that if you purchased your tickets from a third party, then this policy does not apply to you. Possible third party websites could be AXS, Ticket master, Live Nation, or another site the Venue is using to sell tickets.

CANCELED OR POSTPONED EVENTS

If a show gets cancelled, we’ll issue a full refund automatically to the original payment method used to make the purchase. If your order contains tickets for other events, you will ONLY be refunded for the canceled events, as tickets for upcoming events are not eligible for refund.

If you purchased tickets through an external vendor's ticketing platform that's not Kpoptickets, please contact the ticketing platform's customer support, where you purchased your ticket from, for inquiries about the canceled event and the refund process. Fans must comply to their ticketing policy as the terms and conditions on this page is only for purchases made on Kpoptickets.com  

In case of rescheduled shows, tickets will be automatically reassigned for the rescheduled shows with the same tier and seat / queue. If the rescheduled show takes place at different venue, we will assign your seat to be as similar as your previous seating and inform you of your new seat number.

We will communicate all information for postponed event and/or the refund process for canceled events to ticket holders.

EARLY ACCESS / ACTIVATING ACCOUNT

Early Access perks are non-transferrable. To obtain Early Access status you must purchase a Top Tier ticket (Highest tier for said event) with your Kpoptickets account. (e.g. If someone else buys a Top Tier ticket for you with their account, your account does not receive Early Access status as it was not purchased with your account)

We highly encourage you to purchase your order through your own Kpoptickets account to ensure a smooth Check-In process and avoid any complications. 

 [ACTIVATING ACCOUNT]

We have recently moved our website to a more stable platform in order to ensure network stability. If you already have an existing Kpoptickets account, you need to ACTIVATE IT in order to be registered on our new website. You MUST activate your pre-existing account to our new website in order to see ALL your past and current purchases you've ever made on kpoptickets.com.

If you DO NOT activate your account on our new website, you will not be able to see any past purchases and will no longer have an account associated with our site. If you wish to make a purchase in the future you will have to make a brand new account on the website, and lose any EARLY ACCESS benefits you previously had.

Kpoptickets is not responsible if you lose previous account and any perks that your account previously had as we have notified fans multiple time through multiple platforms. Early Access status can not be given to new account as no Top Tier ticket order was placed with the new account.

If you have not activated your account yet, please contact TICKETS@STUDIOPAV.COM with the email connected to your Kpoptickets account in order to verify your owner of the Kpoptickets account. Our customer support once they have received your email, will send you a NEW activation link in order to be registered in our new website.

All orders made through our BuyKpopMerch section follow the same policy as tickets. All sales are final after our 24 hour grace period, no exceptions. Please contact CS@BUYKPOPMERCH.COM within this grace period. failure to do so, order cannot be refunded.

*Orders with multiple Pre-Order items will be shipped all together once all Pre-Order items have arrived to our warehouse.

*Images are for illustrational purposes only as the actual item may differ in size and contents depending on the manufacturer. Fine scratches on outer exterior are not subject to exchange or refund.

* Any posters that are included with an album are Folded Posters

[Shipping Timeline]

If all items’ ordered are officially released and are available at our warehouse, our team will prepare your order during business hours. Automatic emails containing tracking information will be sent to the email connected to the order, in order for you to keep on top of tracking & notices from the shipping carrier you selected. It's the customer responsibility to keep track on the order's location and any notices that require timely attention from shipping carriers.

SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL AND DOMESTIC NOTICES

International packages may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, tariff, VAT, fees, etc imposed by destination. 

Such additional charges cannot be anticipated as it differs per country. Customer should inform themselves of the possible additional charges such as custom/duties fees, etc. by verifying with their local post office and customs office. BuyKpopMerch only provides the transportation fee (Shipping) for the order.

BuyKpopMerch is not held liable or responsible for any additional charges that may apply, incorrect shipping info, stolen packages, outdated shipping address, mis-delivery errors via carrier and not held responsible for abandoned packages as the customer hasn’t paid the customs/duties fee. If the customer inputted an incorrect address during check out, it's the customer responsibility to notify our customer support CS@BUYKPOPMERCH.COM before the order has been fulfilled. Once the item has left our warehouse, BuyKpopMerch can not further assist as it's under the selected shipping carrier's control.

In failure to pay the additional charges, abandoned packages, incorrect shipping address inputted during check out, outdated shipping address and, the package arrives back to BuyKpopMerch warehouse, such order is not redeemable for full refund and it’s the customer’s responsibility to cover the new shipping cost if they wish to have a second delivery attempt.  

Once the package has been packed, processed and left our warehouse, BuyKpopMerch is not responsible and is recommended to contact shipping carrier regarding any deliver notice. BuyKpopMerch is not responsible for any damage as a result due to delivery, please contact shipping carrier to file a claim. 

Tracking information is sent once package is ready to be ship. Customer is responsible to stay on top of any notice notified within tracking information, in case shipping carrier sends any notice regarding pick up, shipping arrival, import fees, delivery failure, etc.

It's the recipient responsibility to be fully aware of the selected carrier and delivery option they picked during Check-out, to fully understand the services that are provided as certain option differ depending if you reside outside of the United States such as tracking, contact, etc. (e.g. International customers who select USPS first class will stop receiving any notification regarding their package once it leaves the U.S boarder. Existing Order/ Return & Exchange Policy

If you would like to update the shipping address to an existing order that has not been fulfilled please contact CS@BUYKPOPMERCH.COM with the email used during check out and provide your updated shipping address and order number.

BuyKpopMerch is not responsible for orders' shipping address inputted during check out that may be outdated due to moving, as it's the customer responsibility to contact CS@BUYKPOPMERCH.COM with the updated shipping address. Please refer back to [Shipping International & Domestic Notice] section regarding second delivery attempt.

If you have received incorrect items or missing items please contact CS@BUYKPOPMERCH.COM within 3 DAYS from when the shipping carrier has marked your order as delivered with the following information.

  • Order Number
  • Unedited unboxing video

For incorrect items such as the versions or contents please keep the product sealed. If the items have been unwrapped and opened, we cannot accept/honor the request of exchange or any sort of solution.  Once our team has approved the request for exchange, a pre-paid shipping label will be provided. BuyKpopMerch customer representatives will guide customer with steps needed to resolve the inquiry.

After verifying the unboxing video that is provided and confirmed that said items are missing from the order, BuyKpopMerch will ship out said items and provide tracking information.

Failure to contact us within 3 DAYS from when order has been marked as delivered, BuyKpopMerch is not responsible as we are consistently responding to all inquiries.

Unboxing Video is protocol to verify the contents received within the order. A proper Unboxing Video must be unedited, unfiltered and showcase the unboxing of the package from beginning to end. You should unwarp all items (meaning remove packing materials such as bubble warp NOT open sealed albums if they by any chance are incorrect) so we can easily point out if anything is missing.

 Failure to provide an Unboxing Video we cannot assist due to fact we can verify the validity of missing or incorrect items.
